Willow Run Event

LOCATION: Willow Run Airport, Eastern Michigan School of Aviation Campus. 801 Willow Run Airport, Ypsilanti, MI 48198
DATE AND TIME: Saturday, September 30, 12PM - 4- PM (tentative schedule of events will be posted soon!)
WHO: Local High School Students (Rising 9th - Rising 12th grades)
WHAT: Flight experiences, aviation career exploration, facility tours, and onsite mentors. Exposure to Aviation and STEM careers.
Join us for a day of aviation career learning brought to you by STEM Flights, Eastern Michigan University, and Crosswinds Aviation. Students will receive a flight experience with a STEM Flights Pilot Mentor, tour Eastern Michigan Aviation school and Willow Run tower, and participate in various aviation learning activities. Space is limited to 30 High School students. Students should reserve their spot using the form below, first come first served. Additional details will be emailed directly to the parents. Questions? Don't worry - your student can still have a STEM Flight experience! We can connect you with a Pilot Mentor in your community at a later date. Simply fill out the online application and we will match you with a pilot when one becomes available.
Pilot Mentors are needed for this event! Share your love of aviation and volunteer your time to fly local students. STEM Flights will provide checklists, flight information, and waivers of liability.
